Fake Bail Bondsmen Steals Money from Bail Client

A bail bondsman pocketed over $5,000 that was meant to be used to bail out a woman's family member back in Jan and Feb. The bail bondsmen is facing charges in Moncks Corner after promising a woman the money would be used to bail the woman's family member out of jail. The bondsman Tyrone Maurice Bennett representing a local Moncks Corner bail bonds company promised the woman he could secure a release for her family member in order to bail her out of jail. The woman paid Tyrone Bennett $5,570 on January 8th in order to bail her family member out of jail.

The bail bondsmen was charged with breach of trust by Moncks Corner and the Bennett was arrested at another local bail bonds company he supposedly represented. Jewel Theives Put Back In Jail For Bribery

New Bribe Allegations in Jewel Thief Case

Two jewel thieves just released on bail were arrested again for attempting to bribe a judge in their case. After asking the bail bonds company bail agent that bailed them out of jail "is there any way I can bride the judge" the Manhattan supreme court placed Mahaveer Kankariya and Atul Shah back in jail before their sentencing. The bail agent at the bail bonds company they used to get bailed out of jail testified to the courts he was "dumbfounded" by the jewel thieves suggestion. Immediately after the bride and asking the bail agent of the bail bond company if they could remove their ankle monitor that was part of their bail agreement the two jewel thieves were returned back to the Tombs jail in Manhattan.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber ordered the two jewel thieves back to jail this time with no bail although he was sure there were no bail bonds company that would offer the two any bail bonds services now. After the 2008 NYE $7 million fake diamond heist insurance scam, Kankariya and Shah are facing 15 years in jail.
