Soccer Mom Accused of Killing Her Children

A suburbabn Florida "Soccer Mom" is accussed of killing her 2 teenage children for talking back. Authorities report the woman, Julie Powers Schenecker shot and killed the kids and discovered her soaked in blood on the floor of your Florida home. (1) killed in the family car on the way to soccer practice (2) killed in the family's computer room in front of the computer, both children were shot in the head with the same .38 caliber pistol.

On Monday Judge Roger Vinson a U.S. Pensacola Fla Distric Judge threw out the nations health care law which required people to buy insurance and declares the mandate to be unconstitutional while it exceeds the bound of authority for government to make this decsion for the American people. Florida's Governor Rick Scott applauded the ruling and said "ObamaCare is an unprecedented and unconstitutional infringement on the liberty of the American people.
